The JianShi Biomass Plasmid Mini‑Extraction Kit delivers efficient, rapid performance—completing the entire process in just 20–30 minutes, without the need for phenol–chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. Its accompanying colorimetric buffer enables intuitive assessment of lysis and neutralization, minimizing operator error. The kit accommodates 5–50 mL of bacterial culture, yielding high‑yield, high‑purity plasmids suitable for 25 kb large‑insert vectors. Available in two versions—endotoxin‑free TD420 and endotoxin‑reduced TD435—the kits feature extremely low endotoxin levels, with products free of RNA, protein, and salt contaminants. All steps are performed at room temperature, using safe, low‑toxicity reagents.
