Product Overview
As a complementary component to the JianShi Biomass Plasmid Kit, the versatile No. 3 PN Purification Column features a 15-mL conical tube and a 50-mL collection reservoir, making it suitable for plasmid DNA purification on a centrifuge or vacuum manifold. Constructed from durable polypropylene and equipped with a unique silica matrix, this column, when used with JianShi biomass plasmid preparation buffers, can yield up to 300 µg of plasmid DNA in an elution volume of ≥100 µL. The collection reservoir has a capacity of 65 mL. For research use only (RUO); not intended for clinical diagnostic applications.
