Capped version of the Purification Column I-C. The Purification Column 1-C can be used in a microcentrifuge for the purification of DNA and/or RNA. The Purification Column 1-C features durable polypropylene construction and contains a unique silica-based matrix that allows purification of up to 5 µg DNA or 10 µg RNA in ≥ 6 µl eluate. Capacity is 800 µl.
