The 15th China International Food Safety and Quality Control Conference, a two-day event held on October 27-28, 2021, successfully concluded at the Beijing Yue Cai JW Marriott Hotel! The conference featured 15 special forums covering all aspects of food safety, providing valuable insights for the development of the domestic and international food industry. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure the health of attendees, the conference strictly adhered to epidemic prevention regulations to ensure its compliant execution. The conference was held both offline and online, attracting over 900 attendees from regulatory agencies, scientific institutions, industry executives, technical experts, and academia, including over 140 renowned food safety leaders. These leaders shared their insights on the latest advancements in food safety and discussed hot topics and future directions in the domestic and international food safety field.
