Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
2. Based on operational objectives and the current product status, establish an effective data tracking mechanism, promote the optimization of operational plans based on business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes, and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, strong resilience, and the ability to independently complete projects;
2. Possesses strong insight, independent analytical abilities, as well as strong learning and innovation capabilities, and verbal communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations and enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRDs and prototypes. Experience in banking or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries is preferred;
5. Possesses strong resilience, execution ability, and learning ability.
